Dry Ice Cleaning
- Final parts clean to reduce the level of particles and pollutants on the surface
Ultra Sonic Cleaning
- Process is performed in stainless steel, ultra-sonic baths according to specification: 5,000 watt, 40KHz, DI water, class 100 cleanroom
Final Rinse
- Parts undergo a final rinse in DI water – controlled at a resistivity level of 18 mega-ohm
Class 100 Cleanrooms
Final Oven Dry
- Special ovens with a HEPA filter are used to dry parts at high temperatures
Packaging
- According to customer specification – clean double pack, vacuum, or nitrogen in cleanroom
Particle Level Control
- Surface particle counter
- Visual check by means of ultra-violet light (black light)
- Daily airborne particle checks
